I was the first one to do Aurra. On October 31st, 1999 I walked into a club in downtown Toronto in the first ever Aurra Sing fan costume. My makeup was rushed and my hair piece a bit ratty but damnit I had pulled it off.

Since that night I've done a lot of detail upgrades but most of the DIY stuff has remained the same. I am slowly rebuilding this tutorial site and I'll tell you whatever I can. I'm not a great sewer and I can't sew leather at all so as time has passed I've farmed some of the more detailed stuff out.

I live in a city so many of the more unusual materials I was able to find at surplus stores and junk drop offs. I've tried to find out actual names of things and I'll try and update this thing with new online resources as I find them. If you have some great information please send it over and I will add it to the site.
